Good to know

When should I book holiday lights?

As early as October. Most installs happen in the first three weeks of November so homes are lit by Thanksgiving. Takedown is in early January, and we store your lights until next season.

Do I need to buy my own lights?

No. We supply commercial-grade LED lights as part of the install. If you already own lights you'd like to use, mention it in your request and we'll take a look.

Will pressure washing damage my siding or roof?

We don't put high pressure on siding or shingles. Those get a low-pressure soft wash that cleans with a mild solution instead of force. High pressure is only used on concrete and other hard surfaces.

How often should gutters be cleaned?

Twice a year for most homes around here: once in late fall after the leaves drop and once in spring. Homes under heavy tree cover may need a mid-fall visit too.

Do you need me to be home?

Not for exterior work. We'll need access to an outdoor water spigot and an outlet for lights. For interior window cleaning, someone needs to be there.

What happens if it rains on my scheduled day?

Light rain doesn't stop most work. For heavy rain, high wind or freezing temperatures we'll reach out to move you to the next open day.
